1 lb hamburger
1/2 c uncooked rice
1/2 c water
1/3 c chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Combine the above ingredients. Form into balls. Place in baking dish. Combine either sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes and then another 15 minutes uncovered.
Sauce 1:
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 c water
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Sauce 2:
2 cans tomato soup
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 c water
