2 pkg white cake mix
1 c butter, softened
4 eggs
pastel food coloring
Butter cream or cream cheese frosting, homemade or canned
Mix together cake mixes, butter and eggs until well blended. Divide dough into as many colors as you want. Color dough. Form round balls of dough. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until lightly brown on edges about 8-12 minutes depending on size of cookie. Let sit on cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing. Spread frosting between two cookies.
