This is a custard, baked recipe. Rice pudding is one of my favorite desserts.
Mix:
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c sugar
pinch of salt
Add:
2 c milk
1/2 c sugar
pinch of salt
Add:
2 c milk
1 ¼
c cooked rice
Cinnamon
and nutmeg
Put in a covered
casserole dish, then in a pan of water. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until knife is inserted to the middle and comes out clean.
