Makes 3 pints
2 oranges
2 lemons
1 cup chopped ginger
1/4 cup turmeric or 1 cup chopped turmeric root
1 TB black pepper
1 TB cayenne pepper
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
4 cups water
I prefer to make a big batch like this and put some in the freezer for later and some in the fridge for immediate use.
