Given to me by my friend, Kristin Sperry
2 small avocados or 1 1/2 large avocados
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c lemon juice
1/2 pint whipping cream
Graham cracker crust
Puree avocadoes. Add milk and lemon juice and blend well. Put into pie crust and chill. Whip cram til stiff and put on top of pie.
