1 c cottage cheese
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
3 TB honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Blend. Chill.

1 c cottage cheese
2-3 TB unsweetened cocoa powder
2-3 TB low-carb sweetener (I like monk fruit)
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness or cocoa powder as desired.
Transfer the mouse to serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Garnish with sugar-free chocolate chips or nuts.

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt
natural sweetener to taste
Blend, put in serving cup, Top with grahams.
